Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms struck the right balance between privacy and support, with friendly and helpful staff on hand whenever needed. However, the family room with a garden view in the main building was a bit dark and dingy. The hotel's location at the end of the corridor was a plus, and having two full bathrooms in a room that can sleep four was definitely a benefit.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, my room was terribly cold despite trying to adjust the thermostat and it was invested with ants upon arrival. The staff, however, were very friendly and professional, especially in the main buffet restaurant. The location was beautiful with its own beaches and infinity pool, but a bit tricky to explore further without transportation. The dining options were reasonably priced, though the buffet wasn't impressive. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

I did appreciate the good hairdryer and the free coffee/tea making equipment. However, the sofa table could have been more spacious. The service stood out for me; the staff were so attentive, friendly, and hardworking, especially in the main buffet-style restaurant. The location was nice, although I found it a bit challenging to get assistance with towels and drinks. The sunsets from the room were stunning, but it wasn't the most romantic setting for a leisurely walk.
